A friend of our family from England came to visit a few months ago. When she left she gave Jason and myself money anad asked us to put something nice on Mom's grave at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery this season. Before Jason left for his last TDY, we went to a shoppe that Mom and I used to frequent. We had the owner make this. Simple and pretty, just how she liked things. I wanted to thank Pauline for thinking of her and to show her and her children what we had made!

Very Beautiful!
How sweet and brought tears to my eyes.
Beautiful...just like I remember your mom.
That is one of the MOST sweetest things a friend could do! It's beautiful.
What a wonderful friend to share in something so sentimental and thoughtful. :)
What a beautiful blanket!! We just ordered one for my Mother-in-law. Haven't had a chance to go see her's yet but I hope is just as pretty.
BTW, Jefferson Barracks is such a beautiful cemetery. My cousin that passed away a few weeks ago was buried there.
This is simply beautiful. I know how much you miss your Mom and especially this time of year.
How thoughtful friend. What a beautiful arrangement!
How sweet.
Hope you're having a good week.
It looks really beautiful. I lost my mom in 2003. I believe it's a loss we never get over. Your mother was really young.
Happy Holidays to you and your family.
That is so beautiful. I am sure your mom would have loved it. I've been so busy, as I know you have, and I got your email but haven't had time to write back yet! I haven't forgotten! Hope you're having a good week! Christmas is a week from today, what happened???

That is just beautiful!!! What a nice thing for your Moms friend to do. My sister and I always take turns putting flowers on our little brothers grave. Holidays are always harder when you miss them so~
That is so thoughtful, and beautiful!
Les, actually they are just the cuffs so they can be used on any shirt that you have. I bought a pair of white and fuschia. I may be back for more. 2 for $12 not bad
Take care!
By the way, that was sweet of your mom's friend. My dad passed in 2002 and my mom has yet to place his ashes somewhere. I wish we had a place to go, even though I know he's not there, it would be nice. Take care
I think it is so beautiful, and think that was so kind of your family friend.
I hope your week has been a good one! Are you ready for the weekend? :) Have a great night! :)
That is beautiful!
That looks so pretty. We just went last Friday and decorated my dad's grave. A little Christmas touch really makes a difference.
That is beautiful for your mother's grave, I'm sure she loves it.
Hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas Leslie!
