Pressie Time!

take 2
Since I posted invites yesterday I thought I'd do a few pressies today! I love using fabric to wrap gifts instead of regular wrapping paper and gift bags. It makes for just a little something different! And, I always find great deals in fabric store remnant sections!
Party gift
The dollar section at T@rget sometimes has these cute little plastic popcorn containers. They are perfect to use when Bryce is giving a gift certificate as a party gift. What a fun way to jazz a boring envelope up, right?!? In this particular one (it was for one of Bryce's soccer team mates~ their colors are blue and gold) we put a 'pop the popcorn on the cob' thingy in it, too. Other times I've just used normal bags of popcorn and movie theater jumbo candy boxes (from the W@lgreens candy section) to add something extra!

Those look so fun. I like to use fabric too....sometimes it's even cheaper than wrapping paper which makes me like it even more.

Those are darling ideas, I love them. Good luck on the colonoscopy! I don't blame you on not using the traditional prep, it was nasty. It helped me a lot to plug my nice while I was drinking it. Then I couldn't taste it as much. Then I ate a piece of hard candy inbetween drinks to get rid of the taste. Boy, no food until Thursday, I don't think I could do that! I'll be thinking of ya!

What great idea. I love the popcorn bucket turned gift bag. I also like to use fabric strips in place of ribbon when tying up a gift!
