Happy 1/2 way through the week everyone!
Caroline's Baptism
Jeff and Marcy, Caroline's Godparents, and their two youngest kiddos, Tierney and Blake. Tierney is Bryce's best bud from the 1st day of kindergarten when they met and bonded and Blake is a grade older and is an absolute doll with Caroline. Bryce calls him 'Doctor Blake' actually, because one day at pick up Miss Priss had a rash starting on her legs and I didn't see it as I was holding her...Blake did! What an awesome little guy!
Yep, you guessed it....Miss Priss' fun meter was pegged after mass, time to visit, and then photo time. She is such a stinker! I only wanted one good picture and this is what she gave me. Oh well, one day we'll all look back and laugh and have to show her what a diva she can be, right Marcy?!?
We tried to get some photos of Caroline sitting on the altar but since she had just learned to crawl, she was all about trying to check the place out. Again.....argh! Girl, you kill me!!!

Say Cheese!
A very busy baby indeed!
Here is our little mover and shaker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3j_veGPxCcY
And... Not to be outdone, Bryce has been doing a lot, too, I should add. He is getting all A's this school year, he just learned to write all of his upper and lower case letters in cursive (which he thinks is awesome and practices at home all the time), he had a great 2nd session of indoor soccer in which he really improved his skills, and baseball is starting so I'm sure he'll have fun with that as well! He is such an awesome help with Caroline and truly enjoys being her big brother! We'll see if he feels the same when she's really mobile! ;)

What a goofy girl!
Oh boy is she a silly thing! It started with her looking at herself in the dishwasher and then she decided to kiss the baby she saw I suppose?!?Caroline L-O-V-E-S bath time. Here is a little You Tube clipit from the other night. Jason is kneeling by the tub and she just kept laughing when she looked his way. It was so cute!

Bryce's school's First Communion Celebration
The school that Bryce goes to is made up of several different parishes and the First Communions are not on the same weekend. Bryce's church is the last to make it so the day after his (Monday of this week) the children had a special mass all together in the school church (above). I snapped this pic as they were all getting in place and ready for the photographer after the ceremony. Bryce is in the front row, third from the right.
Afterwards there was a nice reception in the school cafe where the kids got loaded up on sugar! Here Bryce is with a few of his 2nd grade buddies. (Quinn, Hayden, Bryce, Andrew, Tyler, and Trey sitting down).
Bryce and his teacher, Mrs. Stonewater.
Bryce and a buddy of his, Madison. Madison and Bryce used to sit by each other in class but talk too much. The apple didn't fall too far from the tree for those of you who knew me in high school where I was voted 'most talkative'! ;)
Tierney came by our house to change clothes before the class headed to Chuck E Cheese to play and visit. The kids were released from school after the reception so we were home by 10:20am. T and B played out front some in the tree before Marcy and I scooted them to eat pizza and play games! It was a good weekend and Monday afternoon, too!

Bryce's First Communion
Boy he's growing up so quickly... Too quickly.
The photographer was getting them all in place and ready for a group shot. Hence whey they're all looking down the center aisle! Bryce is in the bottom front row, far right.
Fr. Jim and Bryce. When we were stationed here before he also was the one to Baptize Bryce!
Congratulations Bryce!
Bryce got a neat-o silver cross box that is engraved with his name (which he thought was so neat and special, as did Jason and I!), an Irish Rosary, necklace, Webkinz.... spoiled rotten by his special buddy, Tierney, and her family! After he opened these things and gifts from Jason and I: an engraved frame, St Christopher pendant, and a few other little things , we headed out to lunch at his choice of places.... Dave and Busters. So, off we went to St Louis for the afternoon! Boy did we all have a fun time together. And Miss Priss was so well behaved that the whole day was awesome! Thank you Lanters also, for surprising us and coming to mass to be my 'save me' incase Caroline had a "Prissy" moment!
